The goal was to create an immersive and engaging digital experience that reflects the sophistication of TAT2 Spirits' Old Fashioned Whiskey while maintaining a modern and edgy aesthetic. The website needed to go beyond a standard product showcase and instead transport visitors into the world of a moody bars and intimate speakeasies, evoking the ambiance of enjoying a handcrafted cocktail. Additionally, the experience had to emphasize the product’s premium ingredients and zero-sugar formula while integrating interactive elements for deeper user engagement.
Approach:
To achieve this, we designed a cinematic, atmospheric digital experience that blends high-end visual storytelling with cutting-edge web technologies:
Visual Mood & Aesthetic:
We created a moody, noir-inspired atmosphere reminiscent of a New York speakeasy, with carefully composed black-and-white imagery and silhouetted figures. The visuals balance elegance with mystery, setting the perfect tone for a premium whiskey brand.
3D Depth & Interactivity with THREE.js:
Instead of a traditional flat website, we built a layered 3D environment using custom shaders and depth map textures. This technique creates a sense of spatial depth, allowing users to experience a subtle parallax effect as they scroll—giving the illusion of physically moving into the bar.
Location Integration:
A custom Google Maps integration was added, featuring interactive location pins to highlight bars and venues where TAT2 Spirits can be enjoyed.

Result:
The final website delivers an immersive storytelling experience that seamlessly blends design, technology, and branding. By integrating 3D depth, custom shaders, and an atmospheric soundscape, visitors are not just browsing a product but stepping into a crafted world of fine whiskey culture. This unique presentation enhances brand perception, increases engagement, and drives curiosity about the product’s availability in real-world locations.
